It is the late 19th Century, and Arkayn has found a use for the latest technological advance- electricity. In his nearly modern surgery, he operates on the living to find a way to bring his undead wife back to the living. Posing as a sanatorium, his surgery is never lacking victims from the host of psychologically disturbed patients.
